The VCX-4400-E Series Encoder is a highly

The unit supports a single MPEG-4 feed over a full
range of resolutions through a 10/100 Ethernet
interface. Local and remote diagnostics are
provided through visual display, Telnet or the
control port.
The encoder allows easy transport and sharing of
IP video with local, state & Federal agencies.
