Condition: Good: cover colors faded, with soiling and some stains. Pencil mark on upper right edge of front cover. Binding tight. Spine cover missing 1/4” chip from bottom edge. Stained along bottom edge of spine fold. Tear in middle upper edge of back cover extending approx 1/2”. Rounding of corners. Owners name on first cover page. Some darkening/browning from age. A few internal pages faintly bent at bottom corner. Clean, no marks or tears to internal pages. Colors bright. See pictures.
