What will I receive with my purchase?
You will receive a PDF file containing construction documents that are ready to be printed on Arch D paper. The file will be delivered to you via the email address that ebay has on file for you. (If this poses any issues for you, please contact us before buying and we will be glad to help you with your order). A PDF file is a widely used computer document file. It is digital. No hard copies are offered in this listing, but those may be easily produced from the provided file.
Are the included drawings sufficient to pull a building permit?
These plans are created to accord with the IRC residential code generically. Your local soil conditions and possible vulnerability to certain regional hazards may necessitate some alterations / additions to the included drawings. Your local building dept. may require the stamp of a state licensed engineer or architect. If so, you will need to submit the drawings to be reviewed by one of these local professionals in order to receive this seal or stamp. If any amendments are necessary in order to meet local codes, those professionals can provide you with them.
