This is a set of Custom House Plans. My husband was a Draftsman for over 45 years, designing many Custom Homes  and we are selling his stock
custom plans in retirement. This set consists of 1 - 24
" x 36" sheet of the floor plan.. All floor plans are 1/4" equals 1
'. There are no foundation or electrical plans with these sets. Foundation plans vary by location. I have 3 additional sets of this plan if needed for a small extra cost.
They will all be shipped priority mail in a mailing tube so they will not be folded.
All plans are blac
k line prints and all pages are reproduce-able at a print shop.
Print as many copies as you need for various contractors, bankers, builders.
We will always reduce shipping costs if you were to purchase more than one set of plans.

Covered Front porch (108 square feet), covered patio in rear (173 sq. ft)

kitchen and dining area. Dining area also opens to covered patio.

Master Suite with large walk-in closet, master bath with separate tub and shower, two sinks, toilet.

Plan includes the front elevation, roof plan, door and window schedules and floor plan.

Dimensions are to face of brick, face of studs, center line of windows and doors. Floor plan and front elevation scale is ¼” – 1 foot. Roof plan is 1/8” = 1’.
