This is a set of Custom House Plans. My husband was a Draftsman for over 45 years, designing many Custom Homes  and we are selling his stock
custom plans in retirement. This set consists of

'. There are no foundation plans with this set. Foundation plans vary by location.
They will all be shipped priority mail in a mailing tube so they will not be folded.
All plans are blac
k line prints and all pages are reproduce-able at a print shop.
Print as many copies as you need for various contractors, bankers, builders.
We will always reduce shipping costs if you were to purchase more than one set of plans.
Here are the particulars on this plan:

Four bedroom, four and ½ bath, three story house. All Bedrooms are on the second floor. Powder room and all living areas on the first floor. Third floor is unfinished but has a full bath. Owner will determine final configuration on third floor.

Island Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Formal Dining, Formal Living Room, Family Room, Formal Study. Fireplaces in Living Room and Family Room. Covered Porch off the Family Room.

Master Suite with large walk-in wardrobe, master bath with separate garden tub and oversized shower, two sinks, enclosed toilet, sitting room. Large linen closet and access to second floor sunroom.

Separate laundry room with large storage areas on the second floor near all the bedrooms.
