    You are buying a Builder's Set of CUSTOM house plans , BLACK LINE REPRODUCE-ABLE PRINTS ON WHITE PAPER. My Husband is a retired Draftsman Designer with over 45 years experience in his trade.
    If you have any questions, please email me before buying. Happy to combine shipping for all house plans shipped to same address. Mailed rolled in a mailing tube, priority mail. This set of plans can be taken to a print shop and you can run as many black line print sets of the plan as you need, for bids from contractors, banks, etc.
    Builder should verify all dimensions.
