    Description

    This is a set of Custom House Plans. My husband was a Draftsman for over 45 years, designing many Custom Homes and we are selling his stock custom plans in retirement. This set consists of 3 - 24 x 36" sheets on acid free paper. All floor plans are 1/4" equals 1'. There are no foundation or electrical plans with these sets. Foundation plans vary by location. They will all be shipped priority mail in a mailing tube so they will not be folded. All plans are black line prints and all pages are reproduce-able at a print shop. Print as many copies as you need for various contractors, bankers, builders. We will always reduce shipping costs if you were to purchase more than one set of plans.
    Here are the particulars on this plan:
    One story, 4 bedroom, 4 bath full baths, custom designed lodge/home. Perfect for a family get-away or rental property.
    2996 sq. ft. of air conditioned living space.
    Split bedroom plan. 2 large bedrooms each with it's own full bath on either side of the house. Each bath has 2 lavatories, separate tub and shower, enclosed toilet area and walk-in closet.
    No garage with plan.
    Large Open family room with kitchen with island, bar, and large pantry and dining area that opens on to the covered patio.
    Fireplace in Family Room.
    Plan includes front, rear and left side elevation, a roof plan, door and window schedule, a schematic building section, and of course the floor plan.
    Total area under roof is 3707 square feet, the air conditioned square feet is 2996 square feet.
    Overall dimensions of the house are 77' 3" wide and 52' 10" deep.
    Screened porch at the rear of the house;482 square feet. Covered Porch is 162 sq. ft.
