Description:
If a stuck temperature sensor fails within its mounting boss, there is no need to spend thousands of dollars replacing expensive particulate filters or other emissions after-treatment components. Just buy a solder joint to solder it to the old location, or drill a hole next to the old one to solder and install a new sensor. It can be solved perfectly.
Also, this can be used to replace the EGR Temp A (lambda) sensor plug located in the right manifold to boost the pipes on the 6.4 as they use the same pitch and seat.
