KM 89.1, one year type, for the annual series of Pidyon HaBen coins. Silver crown, with a star-like design on the reverse.  The coin comes in its vinyl wallet, with its papers of issue.
This is not a Proof coin.  This is confirmed by its plain edge and the star at the upper right of the obverse (as well as the "BU" on the COA.)
The Pidyon HaBen is the payment to redeem a non-Levite firstborn son from being dedicated to the temple.  The payment should be about 130 grams of pure silver; these coins are specially designed so that five of them comprise the required silver.
The coin is in its Original Government Packaging, which for these coins, may mean that they have an oily feel to them or their holders.  The oil can be removed with acetone (fingernail polish remover).
