Fish Nic Nak - Ceramic or Plaster - White with blue fins, Seashells and rope.

Hi There, how are you doing today!
Today I have for your gazing glory a fish.
He is a cute little fish.
He is about 5 inches long, 3 to 4 inches tall, and about 2 to 3 inches wide.
He is made of some kind of ceramic product.
He has two chips, on on each front fin. There are also some scrape marks. One on his head. Also, maybe on his lips. I can't tell if he had color or they are scraps. Maybe some of both. I do not think that the seashell are real. Not sure what they are made off.
I have
described this thing to the best of my knowledge. I don't know much. So PLEASE ask, do not assume. I will be happy to help the best that I can.
