Includes the pedestal heater to prevent ice formation on the pan / tilt assembly during cold weather.
Requires a special connecting cable to be able to use. This is available from FLIR  in various lengths, I will include the proper mating connector if you would like to build up the cable yourself. The included
manual has the pin outs etc and can be built for much less than buying new from FLIR.
