All of Gamodyne sensors are backed with a 30-day return policy. All Gamodyne sensors are new and in excellent condition when shipped. In case you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via e-Bay messages. All returns must be in new original condition as received and should be shipped with delivery confirmation.
Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation

WarranTy
Limited Warranty
Gamodyne warrants that the Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) sensor is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of one (1) year, unlimited miles, from the date the sensor was delivered to the customer. This warranty becomes null and void if the damage is caused by: (i) misuse, abuse or accident; (ii) alteration of the product; (iii) improper installation, including, but not limited to, use of improper tools; (iv) exposure to harsh weather, road debris and other road hazards, and/or chemicals; or (v) lack of proper maintenance. This warranty also becomes null and void if the product is opened or any sticker is tampered with, broken, or missing, or if the damage is caused by any other condition that is beyond the control of Gamodyne.
Gamodyne shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) sensor.
Warranty Request
Should your sensor be damaged in transit or become faulty in warranty periods, please contact Gamodyne Customer Care via email at support.gamodyne.com with pictures or video to show the problem.
As your exclusive remedy, Gamodyne will replace free of charge through the original point of purchase (e.g., the retailer or website from whom you originally purchased the product) any product that in Gamodyne?s reasonable determination does not comply with the foregoing limited warranty.
Replacement sensors are provided with the same limited warranty as the returned sensor.
Notices
Federal and/or state laws may provide you with other warranties for this product. Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
