German Zeppelin Coffee Pot ~ Porcelain 1930s Air And Zeppelin Port Restaurant

Description

German porcelain coffee pot, manufactured by Kaestner Saxonia in the 1930s for use at an airport/zeppelin-port restaurant.
The top front of the pot says "Flug-u. Zeppelin - Hafen Gaststätten," which translates as "Air and Zeppelin Port Restaurants."
The pot measures approximately 5.5" tall x 5.5" from the spout point to the edge of the handle x 2.5" across the base.
There is some discoloration around the top opening, and paint loss on the spout, and two chips on the base.

Zeppelin memorabilia is hot, and although this item never traveled on a zeppelin, it was used in one of the airport/zeppelin-port restaurants.
