Heat-N-Glo three side fire place

Description

This fire place was installed but never used, still looks new with the exception of a few rust spot due to storage (not quite noticeable). It's dark brown, gas burning with electronic starter. Two vent options top and rear.
Size: 40x24x 37 high
Due to the weight of the item I would rather sell locally or buyer will be responsible for shipping if sold out of state.
