- Once an item has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility if they change their mind.

- All communication must go through the platform the item was purchased on.
- If an item arrives damaged in shipping, we ask that you please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. You will be asked to keep the original packaging and provide photo evidence of any claimed damage before we move forward.
- The customer accepts sole responsibility for any damage after opening a factory sealed product.
