Impressive Antique Silver Repousse Asian Dragon High Relief Pitcher / Creamer

Description

This is a highly impressive piece with immense detail. To me, it looks like a tea creamer. It could also be a small water pitcher.
I could not find any hallmarks or silver markings, but it is likely to be of Asian origin. It shows a dragon on the side, along with a sea and waves. The top lid appears to show a dragon & phoenix.
I did verify this piece to be silver. It tested about 98% pure (2% copper) using a XRF precious metal analyzer.
This piece weighs 398.5 grams, which would put its actual silver value around 0 as of the time of this listing.
The base of the pitcher measure 3.25 x 5.75 Inches. The handle and lid add 3.5 Inches, placing the entire width of the piece at 6.75 inches.
Condition wise, the piece is in really great shape. A few things to point out: The top knob does have some wiggle to it. It is not at risk of falling off, but it does feel a bit loose.
Also, the bottom of the piece appears like it may have been repaired at some point.
