    January 1983 Yamaha 10” x 10” Stage White Recording Custom Tom
    This auction is for a January 1983 Yamaha 10” x 10” Stage White Recording Custom tom, as pictured. Exterior lacquer finish has scratches, dings, and abrasions, but looks decent for its age! It has yellowed due to age and is fairly dark. Finished interior looks nice. Edges are mostly smooth, with a few very minor dings. 2 badges-Made in Japan. 6 long lugs and pre-Y.E.S.S. hex arm mounting bracket. All tension rods and washers match and appear original. Hardware has some scattered scratches and pitting. Lugs are the most worn but work well. Mount only made in U.S.A. Shell is in round, as heads spin freely. Bottom head has some light wear and stick marks/scratches/abrasions. Top head has scratches and abrasions. Overall, it is quite nice for a nearly 40 year old drum!
