Extremely rare complete set
I have been told this was for table side Cafe Brulot or Devils Coffee
The pan is sterling silver which is needed to flame the coffee properly
The saucier pan is approximately 10 3/4 inches in diameter
All pieces are marked JOS HEINRICHS with the exception of the brass heat diffuser
The handle on the pan does unscrew
The original wick is in nice shape with plenty of life left
The pan is the only piece that is marked sterling , other pieces are marked with their respective metals
