    This lot came out of my mother-in-laws estate, dating back to the 60s & 70s. I don't know much about miniatures, but I know how expensive a lot of these items are so I am starting at a reasonable starting price. I will be listing furniture, wood and accessories in the next few days.
    This is a great lot of building supplies for your doll house. There is shingles for the roof, brick & pavers for the walkway, door kits for the front and back doors, mortar mix to set the stones and various brass hardware including hinges, door knob and nails. There is also a set of stairs that have been started but I don,t know how complete it is. Lot is sold as is so please ask questions before you bid.
