Large Lot Miniature Dollhouse Furniture & People, Nursery, Fireplace, Piano

This lot came out of my mother-in-laws estate, dating back to the 60s & 70s. I don't know much about miniatures, but I know how expensive a lot of these items are so I am starting at a reasonable starting price. I will be listing furniture, wood and accessories in the next few days.
This is a great lot of dollhouse furniture and people. There is one complete set of people with porcelain heads and wrapped posable limbs. All pieces are in good condition. There is two pieces that need minor repair. The piano’s back leg needs to be glued back on and the wooden high chair is broken but easy to repair. I could have left these out but they are so special, I though it was worth including. Sold "as is" so please ask questions before bidding.
