All items are described to the best of my knowledge. MOST of the items I post ARE USED, THEREFORE YOU SHOULD EXPECT A USED CONDITION. I try very hard to describe the overall condition of each item. I am human and I make mistakes. I will do my best to make your experience the best.
Please look over all photos and ask any questions you might have BEFORE purchasing! I try and ship within 24 hours of purchase except Sunday. I ship using priority mail as a rule, unless something is very heavy. The reason for priority mail is it comes with .00 insurance coverage should the Post Office damage your item during shipping. Also, SHIPPING RATES HAVE GONE UP! I look over all my shipping options to find the cheapest rate I can to ship your purchase! I DO NOT CONTROL THE COST OF SHIPPING, WHICH COMES FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE.
If for some reason, I do make a mistake on postage and you are required to pay extra...

ABOUT RETURNS:
I accept returns up to 30 days; however, if you DAMAGE or ALTER the item in ANY way, your return will be refused. This includes the people that purchase BARBIES and then switch bodies with a damaged one they have and then request a return. I KEEP FULL RECORD OF EACH ITEM INCLUDING PHOTOS, MARKS, ETC, OF EACH OF MY ITEMS UNTIL THE 30 DAYS FOR RETURNS HAVE PASSED!!!
