In good used condition with normal signs of use. Fully functional cameras. Some light cosmetic scratches here and there and one is not quite as white as the others. No power adapter is included, No mounting plates or mounting adapters are included, and no additional cables are included. Only what is pictures is included.
Tested with BNC to RCA adapters and plugged into my TV
