    Description

Lot of Four Small Colorful Antique Medicine Bottles Amethyst, Aqua, Frosted 100+ yrs old
I dug most of these up in an old railroad town close by. One bottle the third tallest does have a small chip on the lip. All bottles have air bubbles and two of the bottles have hand tooled tops from before 1910.
    Bottles are 2 3/4", 2 7/8" 3 1/2" and 3 5/8" tall
Lyric is embossed on the tallest bottle base.
LYRIC” was Illinois Glass Company’s brand name assigned to a particular line of prescription/druggist bottles. These bottles were made in a range of sizes, and were generally intended to serve as “generic” medicine bottles, often containing a liquid pharmaceutical product such as cough syrup.  They were sold to, and heavily used by many apothecaries, druggists, doctors, medical laboratories and other such entities.
Smallest frosted bottle is from the 1930's Cutex Nail Polish bottle
