This is a good used set of marching quads!  There is normal wear throughout each drum. The drums are all in really nice shape. The metal ring around the bottom of the shell for the 13" drum is missing and not included.  There is some duct tape residue on the back bottom of the 12" and 10" drums.  This quad comes with a  rack.  This is a great set of marching quads for someone in need of a starter set!
Shipping:
It will be shipped in parts so that it fits in the box, you will need to assemble it when you get it.
Quad Condition:
The overall physical condition of this used Quad is Good
This quad has been sitting for awhile and will need polish and some elbow grease. It may also need some mechanical adjustments see description below.. Please bid accordingly.
Badge Conditions:
Damaged - the bottoms have all been cut off.
Material/ Finish:
Plastic laminate over wood. The lamainate on the 13" has some of its laminate missing off of the back of the drum.
Wood Shell Conditions:
Light general wear (nicks, sticks marks, and/or minor dings)  the 13" has an inner layer at the back of the drum that has been peeled away from the shell (see pictures). The 13" drum does have a small layer that has been chipped out of the side of the drum.
Heads:
Used.
Lugs:
Ludwig Classic Lugs. The lug screws are not guaranteed to be original. There are not any lug screws missing.
Top Hoops:
Light to Medium general wear (nicks, sticks marks, and/or minor dings). The 8" hoop has been pushed in and is slightly out of round.
Player Wear:
Light to Medium general wear (visible surface scratches and wear and/or small-medium dents and dings)

If you are not completely satisfied with your Musical Instrument City purchase, please contact us.  If you would like to return your purchase, for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it with the original box and packing material with the following refund restrictions:

NON REFUNDABLE
as of November 1st, 2019 as per PayPal’s new Policy.  (So your refund after inspection will be: Your original purchase price minus the PayPal Non-refundable Fee).

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.
Instructions for Return Shipping:

Be sure all original parts of the item purchased are included before you return it.
•
In order to receive a refund our policy requires you to put insurance on the item for its return shipping.
•
Please use the original packing material and box.  Please use original packing material inside the case around the item.  Also use the original packing material around the case in the box to protect the item from shipping damage. If your item does not have a case, please use all packing material that the item came with to protect the item from shipping damage.
•
Uninsured packages or items shipped “COD” or “Shipping Due” will be refused and a refund will not be issued.
•
Once the item is received, we will conduct a physical inspection. This inspection will determine your eligibility for a refund.
