You are bidding on a used Vintage 1964 Ludwig Floor Tom in WMP White Mother of Pearl Finish. The
Serial Number is 104821 which dates it to around 1964. It has a Red Baseball Bat Muffler. The wrap is tight, but there is discoloration. There are a couple of sections running from top to bottom that have “textured” and become darker in areas and you can feel that the wrap is now bumpy (textured). It looks like it was in the sun, or by a window and has become “withered”. There is no real pitting on the lugs, just normal patina from over time and aging. It has white paint interior with very little loss of paint due to aging. It has a Brand new Aquarian Modern Vintage Medium top head and an Original Ludwig White coated head on the bottom which can be used as a bottom or top head, if needed (fair condition, still barely usable). The top hoop chrome is fine. The top tension rods are all the same and look to be original.There is one patch of pitting/minor rust on the bottom hoop. The bottom tension rods have two that are longer and 6 that are shorter, so my guess is that the bottom hoop and  tension rods are not original. All three rubber feet are on the legs. The drum was taken apart (lugs and hardware not removed), and gently cleaned (not a deep cleaning).
