    Create your perfect two, three or four bay car barn. Or, build a barn with a combination of vehicle spaces, storage and
    workshop areas. The plans start with a 32' wide by 24' deep barn with stairs up to a high and dry storage loft. Optional 12'x24' shed roof buildings, included with the plans, can be added to the sides or across the back at any time. You can also customize your barn with your choice of exterior materials and colors. Detailed drawings are architect designed and engineered for economical pole-barn or post-frame construction. They are engineered to meet and exceed code requirements, or to be easily adapted to meet code requirements, in all states but Florida. They should only be ordered for construction outside of Florida. Dozens have been built all across the rest of the United States.
    Why three sets of the same plans? You may need to supply drawings to your building department, zoning board, community review board and building supply center. Extra sets of plans also come in handy when you want to get competitive bids from contractors and subcontractors.
