Horatio, Lord Nelson
was one of England's
greatest admirals. Fighting
the French, he lost his
right arm and left eye in
action, and was killed at
the moment of his greatest
triumph at Trafalgar, on
October 21, 1805. His
flagship VICTORY is still
preserved at Portsmouth,
and is shown on Antigua's
6d. stamp of 1932.
