All parts need to be installed by a RV certified Technician/Mechanic for us to honor a return, refund or replacement. We accept returns on some items that state this on the item page.   We do charge a restock fee on some return items. All returns have to be sent back in original packaging with no damage, parts missing, unopened and must not have been installed or used in any way.  If this occurs we cannot except the return.  All electrical items are sold as is with no returns or refunds unless their installed by a RV certified Technician/Mechanic.  By buying our item you agree to the terms of our Refund/Return policy.  Thank you

Important!
This item is not for self installation.  Item must be taken to a Aurthorized RV dealership and a dianostic test must be ran by a Certified RV technician.  If there is a problem we will need the Phone number of the  RV dealership and technichian that replaced, repaired and installed the item for us to honor a replacement. You have 3 days after receiving your item to let us know of any problems.  We will only replace the item for the exact part that you purchased.  By buying our item (s) you agree to this policy.
