    The ad page is nicely age toned and is in
    FAIR
    condition with some typical for age wavy wrinkling and staple hole area tear out. It measures about 6 1/2 x 10". Reverse side has other ads of the time (not shown).
    The ad will be enclosed in a plastic sheet protector and shipped flat in a manila envelope with cardboard stiffener, via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation.
