    Oster® Turbo A5™ Two Speed runs at 4000 strokes per minute on high and 3,000 on low. This clipper is recommended for the professional groomer only. Too much power for a novice. This clipper is made to save time when tackling large breeds such as Old English Sheep Dogs, Collies, Chow Chows or English Springer Spaniels, that need shaved down because of extremely heavy or matted coats. Blade model numbers and their lengths will dictate the finish you will achieve.
