Pair of Vintage Steel Blueprint Architect Plan Weights

Pair of Vintage Steel Blueprint Architect Plan Weights.  The bottoms have a coating to protect the plans or perhaps for easy sliding.  These seem to be unusual and are unmarked, so I do not know the manufacturer or date, but are vintage according to the estate they were purchased from. Each weight weighs approx. 3 lb, 4 oz, and are approx. 9" long.
