Panasonic WV-CU254 System Controller Brand New in Box.

Description

For sale is a brand new Panasonic WV-CU254 system controller. Please note the different in voltage require to use this, since this is made in Japan. Come with the manual. The box is tear on one side, but can be secure in another box for safe delivery. The inner packaging materials are in great shape. Let me know if you have any question. Please study all the pictures carefully. I remove the plastic wrap to get better picture of the unit.
Condition:
This unit is brand new in box. I believe even though it is opened, the unit has never been use. Please study the pictures and make your own judgement.
Return:
I am happy to accept return if you are not satisfy with the unit. As long as the unit come back to me in the same condition it left. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for any reason other than item defective/not as described. Heavier or big unit may not be return due to their weight/size (shipping will be too expensive).
Please note that I leave a tampering proof on these unit, that will not effect its function, but will tell me if the unit has been open in anyway. If you want to return please do not open or mess with the unit in anyway.
Shipping:
If the item is available for shipping, I will ship within 2-3 business of payment received. I usually use UPS/Fedex. It will be very well packed (double box is available upon requested) and fully insured. Please check my 100% feedback on safe packing. In small chance it get damaged during transit, please take plenty of pictures and contact me before opening up the package. Please understand I can't give refund until the claim is resolved with the carrier, but I will try my best to resolve any problem with you.
International shipping will be through the eBay global shipping program. Buyer is responsible for all the custom fee, duty charge, etc .... of your country.
