Your local truss company will design your truss system to meet required loads in

Ceiling height is 106 5/8" with four plates, 92 5/8" precut studs and 8" high concrete stub wall on top of slab.
Floor to peak height will be about 183" with 6/12 pitch truss system.
If you need a lower building you could use 4/12 or 3/12 roof pitch.
