United States Shipping -
Our items that ship from the US can arrive faster, typically in 3 to 5 days. This is the service to pick if you need an immediate repair or have a deadline for repair. Items shipped from the US will cost more due to the added costs.
International shipping -
Items that ship straight from our international factories will take longer to arrive that US shipped items. Overseas items typically arrive within 10 business days, 2 weeks, from the date of order but can take up to 35 days or longer at times. This is the option to select if your repair isn't an immediate need and you want to receive the same part with the same quality but at a better price
RETURNS / LOST ITEMS / REPAIR ISSUES
Returns -
We are always happy to take back an item that is not need, defective, or broken. You can always contact us for details about returning or exchanging an item. We are always happy to replace a defective or damaged item with a new item. If you wish to exchange an item contact us via messages for instruction on how to do so.
Lost Items -
It is a fact that from time to time packages get lost or delayed. We are always happy to attempt to locate the lost package or we can replace it. Before we replace the item we will attempt to locate it and get it coming to you. Please allow 48 hours to be able to attempt to locate any lost package.
Repair Issues -
If you have an issue with repairs please contact us prior to attempting to return the item. There can be a number of issues that may be present in your generator that we can assist with.
* If your generator has no output the most common issue is that the AVR is blown. If your generator has less than 1000 hours on it then your AVR may have prematurely blown and you may have more than 1 issue that we can help with. Just because the AVR doesn't produce immediate full output doesn't mean that the AVR is defective and you will still probably need the AVR as well as another repair.
* Some AVRs and Carbon Brushes that we sell are direct replacements but may be slightly different then the OEM parts. Some manufacturers do this to get you to buy their overpriced parts if you need repairs. In many cases you can make adjustments to these parts so you do not have to pay their high prices. If you have an issue with installing your replacement part contact us for further assistance.
