This house plan has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.  It is designed for an economical yet nice house with an open floor layout.  Plans for an optional carport are included.  The kitchen has an island bar & the dining area has a sizeable window view.  The master bedroom is split apart from the other bedrooms & has a nice walk-in closet.  The master bathroom is designed for a seamless shower/tub unit, and also has a double sink vanity. The laundry room is convenient to entrance through the back door and has a swinging door for easy passage farther inside.
This plan is recommended for a nice & comfortable home, yet economical style house.  It has the back entrance located conveniently for adding on a carport later, or if you'd like to go ahead and build a 2 car carport the floor plan for this is included.
