This house plan has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.  Though economical size it is a nice design in a roomy layout to give the feel of a bigger size house.  It has an open floor layout and a classy front entry door with side lites.  The kitchen has an island bar & the dining area has a sliding patio door giving a big view to the outside.  The master bedroom is split apart from the other bedrooms & has a very nice size walk-in closet.  The master bathroom is designed for a seamless shower/tub unit, and also has a double sink vanity. The laundry room is conveniently located inside next to the dining area, and offers room for storage shelves.
This plan is recommended for a nice & comfortable home, yet economical style house.
