Picture above is of a new construction built with cement board siding & natural stone on the foundation wall.
This house plan has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.  The master bath has full size shower separate from the tub.
The floor plan is open with arched entryways, and the master bedroom is split apart from the other bedrooms & has a roomy walk-in closet.  The other bedroom closets are also roomy!  The laundry room is a very nice size!
