This elegant mocha / chocolate cup in Art Deco style with angular shapes and glass inserts looks very classy and absolutely timeless! The place settings are gilded inside. The set probably comes from Austria at approx. 1920-1930.
The ensemble makes a wonderful impression and is a real eye-catcher on every table!
A great collectible and a perfect gift for every occasion!
The set consists of:
6 cups approx. 8.5 cm. long with handle, approx. 6.5 high, approx. 6.5 cm. in diameter above,
6 saucers approx. 1.3 cm. high and approx 11 x 11 cm. wide.
6 glass inserts, slightly different, heat-resistant.
The silver weight is proud
700 grams.
The cups and saucers are with
Austrian guarantee hallmarks for 800/1000 silver (Minerva head with the number 3) and maker's mark
stamped. Genuine solid silver is guaranteed without restriction!
The service is in very good used condition, with a cup there are slight bumps on the foot, but definitely looks worse in the photos than it is. The inserts are slightly different in height and fit loosely, but are definitely original and not a replacement, as they sit directly on the "bump" inside the cups. Without monogram (see photos).
