    Maker Hilliard & Thomason
    A rare finely engraved oval English silver nutmeg grater with a monogrammed cartouche on one side and an engraved palm tree in the other side. Hinges open revealing the original steel grater also on a hinge. Properly marked with a lion on the silver surrounding and enclosing the steel grater.
    Length 1 1/2".  Very good condition.
