    Description

    PIONEER SAN FRANCSICO PHARMACY ADVERTISEMENT
    This framed advertisement is something we acquired at a recent auction. We thought it might have interest to a variety of collectors.
    It's in a blue, wooden frame with a glass covering.
    The frame measures apx. 8.5" X 11"
    There is a interesting note written on the back. I'm assuming it's written there by a previous owner.
    The frame is sealed on the back so there's no way to access the advertisement without damaging the item. Because of this I'm not able to take a close look at the piece.
    Looking through the glass I can see some small imperfections, but there are no major creases or tears.
    Doing a little research on the internet I was able to find a photo of the pharmacy taken during the early 1900s. I was able to see that some of the wording used on this piece were also used on the front of the pharmacy.
