The Samsung SNV-5080 1.3MP HD Vandal-Resistant Network Dome Camera has a 2.8-10mm megapixel varifocal lens (F1.2) and offers a maximum resolution of 1.3M (1280 x 1024) resolution. Equipped with a CMOS image sensor, it offers high-quality images even in low-light conditions. The camera supports 16: 9 HD (720p) resolution and offers a frame rate up to 30fps at HD (720p) resolution.
With triple codec support, the SNV-5080 1.3MP HD Vandal-Resistant Network Dome Camera allows multiple streaming of H.264, MPEG-4 & MJPEG file formats simultaneously. The ICR (removable infra-red cut filter) function blocks infra-red light during daytime but allows it pass-through during nighttime to deliver high-quality images. Offering progressive scanning, the camera eliminates visual artifacts that may hamper the quality of the captured images.
The intelligent video analytics adds features such as appearing / disappearing detection, crossing line detection, and enter / exit detection. With appearing / disappearing detection, the camera raises an alarm when an object is displaced from its default monitoring area or when a new object gets added and stays in the monitoring area longer than a set duration. The crossline detection raises an alarm whenever an object violates a virtual tripwire, thereby preventing unauthorized access to areas under surveillance. Using the enter/exit detection, the camera activates an alarm when an object enters or leaves a defined monitoring area.
Equipped with HTTPS security support, the SNV-5080 1.3MP HD Vandal-Resistant Network Dome Camera offers safe and secure network connection. In addition to a bi-directional audio support, the camera has a SD memory slot for internal recording. It comes with a built-in fan/heater for outdoor installations, and can be flush or surface mounted onto ceilings and walls. Being IP66 rated, the camera has a dust-tight and waterproof body. The PoE (Power over Ethernet) allows the camera to pass power safely along with data on Ethernet cabling.
