Scarce Magicians Notebook Memo book w Magic Notes SUPER SCARCE READ

Hello and thank you for looking. The item specific 1940-59 is just a guess. Im unsure of age and didnt try to research to hard, but guess you can take some of them addresses in the back, research them, figure out years open, and try to narrow down age somehow.  I found this in an estate inside a Magic Box (more on the box later). The book itself has quite a bit of notes from a magician. The book does have water damage. There are several empty pages but alot of pages with writing and notes. Magic is hot now. Now on to the Black Box. It IS NOT included with the notebook. You are getting the memo book only. I might post the Box on Ebay for sale if someone is interested. Its 200 plus shipping.
