    style 10 ft.x 12 ft. shed design - includes complete construction plans. This "Classical" style shed has pediment/pilaster design and details that will look great with many traditional house styles. Use as a tool shed, garden shed or childrens play house.
    Plans show - floor plan, elevations, building section, details, material specifications and all dimensions. 2 x 4 wall construction, clapboard siding, asphalt shingle roof, includes details to build with concrete floor or wood framed floor. Shed height from top of floor to top of ridge is 10' - 11  1/2".  These are very detailed complete plans.
    You will receive two copies of a  24" x 36" blueprints (four pages total) and a materials list. The design and construction of this shed is much better than the sheds you will see at the large homecenters. Great for homeowners or small contractors.
