    Description

"Build Tour Own Log Cabin". Details the building of a stockade syle log cabin that is air-tight without chinking. Split logs are placed upright instead of on their sides and there is plywood sandwiched between them to seal out the drafts. A couple of floor plans are here but you can make up your own to suit your needs. There are no heavy materials and no tricky saddle notching at the corners. Perfect for small logs of second growth timber such as aspen and poplar.
This is an original 5+ page magazine article from 1939.
We do not photocopy these. Pages measure 6 1/2" x 9".
    Article Includes
    Measured Drawings and Diagrams
