It measures about 4 1/2 inches to the top of the fin, and about 4 inches in width.
The inside area is very small, it may be large enough for a marble or maybe for hiding a rolled bill or notes.
Has some paint damage and cracks, the most visible one is on the bottom of the small wave, you can see them in the zoomed in pictures.
