Featured here is a glossy 25 page booklet with a history of the
U.S.S. SHENANDOAH, A RIGID AIRSHIP (ZR-1) WHICH WAS THE FIRST AIRCRAFT TO SERVE AS A COMMISSIONED VESSEL IN THE UNITED STATES NAVY.
The Commanding Officer of the U.S.S. Shenandoah was Lt. Commander Zachary Lansdowne who had extensive WWI experience and lost his life in the wreck of the Shenandoah in 1925.  His picture is in Photo #2.
This booklet is very informative in print and is loaded with illustrations.  Its is in excellent condition having no torn pages and no writing except for the owners name on the first page, upper right corner.  Booklet measures 7" X 10".
