Somewhat unusual patch. First one I have seen before and don't really know much about it. 3 inch diameter. NOT EMBROIDERED...I believe more like silkscreening? I was unable to find simiilar picture of this patch from online search so don't know if it's a formerly used patch, current, or something out of the blue?
