    Description

    Up for auction is this vintage 12" Ludwig Tom drum. Drum is all here but is not completely assembled. I do not know anything about drums so I will tell you what I know about this drum. Bought it at an estate auction. Looks like someone tried to put a new outer skin on it but was unable to properly reattach the bottom hoop. Probably need to remove new skin so drum can be reassembled correctly. I Old original skin was on drum an still in usable condition but I had  a new Remo Ebony series head put on and have the old skin here for putting on bottom. On the inside of this wooden drum is a paper sticker that says Ludwig Apr. 22, 1971. Model 942.
