Vintage 19 Inch China Head Doll, Handmade Red Velvet Dress - with Metal Stand

Offered for sale is a vintage doll with painted china head, arms, and legs. The head has no manufacturer's markings, so I don't know the maker. I am not a doll collector, so I have supplied as many photos as eBay allows and will do my best to describe the doll's features so that the buyer can decide.
The doll has a fabric body with hard stuffing, which could be sawdust. The head has painted blonde hair and black eyes. It has no chips or cracks and no damage to the paint.  Both legs and the right arm are also like new. The left arm has been replaced with one made of white fabric with hard stuffing similar to the doll's body.
The doll is wearing a full set of undergarments including a corset, pantaloons, and petticoat made of cotton. The petticoat is trimmed in pink and white lace. The red dress is made from a thin velvet or velveteen fabric; it has lace at the cuffs and a lace collar decorated with a button carrying small rhinestones. The bonnet is white satin which has darkened slightly from age.
All the clothing is all hand-made; the lace trim and metal the hook and eye closures are more modern. I acquired this doll after the death of an elderly neighbor, who may have made the clothing herself many years ago.
