    Description

This item is an old 1972 brochure from the American Heart Association titled - The Way To A Man's Heart.
The brochure is to help you follow a fat-controlled, low cholesterol diet.
The folded brochure measures approx. 3 7/8" x 8 3/4" and it opens up to an approx. 15 1/4" x 17 3/8" chart. It is 2-sided with the one side being 5 pages with
descriptions covering cholesterol, different types of fats, and questions regarding the diet.  The other side
opens up to a chart showing recommendations for the basic food groups including fats/oils and desserts, beverages, snacks and condiments.
The brochure was put out by the American Heart Association and it is stamped by a local Heart Association.
Had it not been dated, I could've guessed the date from the colors used (golden mustard) and a font enclosed with a western motif that it was from the 70's!
The brochure shows some age-related wear and has some staining especially on the back.
There is some rippling on the paper which may have had some moisture exposure.
